Mary Willoughby, President

Mary Willoughby brings to her work broad experience of planning, management and finance. She founded her own consulting practice in 2001 after many years of progressive leadership in human services. As a consultant she has worked with organizations including the Georgia Department of Human Resources, Commonwealth of Kentucky Department of Community Based Services, the Georgia Family Connection Partnership, the Annie E. Casey Foundation, the City of Savannah and the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce to provide resource development, strategic planning, governance and evaluation services. 

While serving the Youth Futures Authority as Senior Planner and Financial Strategist, Willoughby managed the planning and evaluation of a complex array of community partnerships and activities designed to improve results for area children and families. She was also responsible for devising financing strategies and identifying resources to implement community plans.

Ms Willoughby is a leader in the community, recognized in 2000 by the Savannah Morning News series highlighting emerging community leaders in the “20 under Forty” series. Ms Willoughby has served as President of The Girl Scout Council of Savannah, President of the Savannah Chatham AIDS Coalition, and on a number of boards and commissions.
